The challenge

When it comes to travel arrangements communicating effectively the fine details is key when installing confidence within the customer to bring them from the consideration phase into conversion. As an E-commerce platform APH wanted a way to communicate the pros and cons of each service to their customers, all of which have contrasting travel values.

The campaign

A video of each service being reviewed according to these travel values. Using the transparent and human medium of video to communicate the finer details of travel logistics.

The result

This series created an informative and engaging element to the finer details of traveling abroad for the consumer. The implementation of these significantly increased the average order value for conversions on the website. Making them an integral part of the customer journey.
